ABOUT
Born in Mississauga, Ontario in 1979, Max Wright currently lives and works in Montreal. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Honours degree from Queen's University in Kingston in 2002, and since then has continued to develop and exhibit his art professionally. With increasingly minimalist tendencies, his practice has focused on the fusion of photography with painting, with an ongoing interest in themes of depletion, wear, and the lack of permanence of material things.
